I am passionate about assisting current and aspiring leaders and work with both individuals and teams to develop leadership skills. These will be tailored to particular needs and aspirations, but may include:

· networking to build strong partnerships, advocates and champions;
· building future focussed, resilient teams, team engagement;

I believe that developing leaders at all levels in the workplace, and most importantly, ensuring their learnings are shared across the organisation - referred to by Harvard as ‘edge centric strategy’ - is a major key to success.
